What is the wholesale price?
Your quotation is based on the models and quantities you request. Select the products and enter the quantity for each model in the enquiry form. We will prepare a quotation for your business.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 10 units of each selected model. For example, an order containing AURIX 700 and AURIX 900 requires at least 10 units of each. Quantities from different models cannot be combined to meet this minimum.
Where are the products shipped from?
Products are shipped from Bulgaria. Tell us the destination country, delivery address and preferred shipping arrangement. Shipping costs and delivery terms are confirmed with your quotation.
How are servicing and spare parts handled?
Servicing and spare parts support are provided by FX in Bulgaria. Contact us with the model, serial number if available, and a description of the issue or required part so that the appropriate process can be arranged.
Is my dealer territory protected?
Territory protection is agreed following a review of existing dealer locations and your proposed coverage. Dealers within the same country must operate in different regions or at a suitable distance from one another. Applications are assessed against existing dealer locations and the proposed territory; coverage is confirmed during the dealership agreement.
Who handles warranty claims?
Warranty claims are handled by FX in Bulgaria. Provide the product model, serial number, purchase information and a description of the issue to start the assessment. Return arrangements are confirmed before shipment.
Are technical and conformity documents available?
Technical and conformity documents for the requested model and destination market are shared on request during the quotation process. Please specify the documents you need. User manuals can also be accessed in the resources section.
